For Arabian Tea House in Podgorica’s City kvart neighbourhood, we delivered a contemporary solution for enhancing and protecting the restaurant’s outdoor dining area. Bioclimatic pergolas combined with glazing systems provide exceptional comfort, weather protection and year-round use of the terrace, while preserving the restaurant’s distinctive atmosphere.

Design, manufacturing and installation of bioclimatic pergolas, installation of glazing systems, precise integration with the existing space and professional on-site assembly.
Credits
Combining bioclimatic pergolas with glazing systems has given the Arabian Tea House terrace a high level of protection and comfort throughout the year. The glass panels preserve natural light and an open feel, while the pergolas allow shade and ventilation to be controlled, creating a welcoming, functional setting for guests.
